Throughout Black Friday or sale events, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be fulfilled before emailing customer service. During the holiday period, please allow up to 4/5 days for orders to be fulfilled.

Mode Mischief Studios is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to our parcels once handed to our couriers Australia Post and DHL. If you suspect your parcel is lost please contact Australia Post, FedEx, or our team, Mode Mischief Customer Support

We are unable to compensate for any issues regarding postage. In the case when a wrong address is added on our behalf, we will provide compensation. 

If you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please email us urgently so we can change your address before dispatch. If we have already dispatched the item, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to change the address.
