How do I process a refund?

Please email info@modemischiefstudios.com . This is the only way we are currently accepting refunds. For more information visit our Returns page. Please expect a reply within 1-2 business days

My item is faulty.

Please email us if you have received a faulty item. In accordance with our Returns policy, please contact us at info@modemischiefstudios.com

My delivery is delayed/ missing.

Shipment is a third party service, therefore Mode Mischief is unable to control delivery times or locate missing orders. We highly suggest contacting the shipping carrier as listed in your tracking information. If you have further enquiries or difficulty contacting the shipping carrier, we are able to assist as much as we can. Please contact us at info@modemischiefstudios.com

how long does preorder take?

We try to keep wait times as minimal as possible, so we only put items on preorder if we know we'll expect them in a reasonable time frame. All preorder times are different and will be listed accordingly on the product page. In rare cases we may encounter production delays, if this affects your order we will reach out via email with an update. If you have further concerns or enquiries, please reach out to info@modemischiefstudios.com

How long do i wait for a restock?

A restock can take 2-8 weeks depending on our production timelines and supply. We work with smaller factories, so it is a process we consider with much patience. We highly recommend signing up to the waitlist on your desired product and through our mailing list, to receive notification upon restock.
