If your inquiry is regarding a return or exchange, the date your email is sent must fall within the timeframes outlined in our Terms & Conditions below.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
We want you to love your order and are happy to offer a return for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please note - this policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law.
Exchanges will be processed once we receive the item(s).
Subject to the following requirements:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
- Process: To start an exchange, please use the link below within 10 days of delivery. Your exchange is initiated once your request is submitted through the portal. Mode Mischief Exchanges
- Costs: Free for all orders within Australia and the USA. International Orders are at the cost of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY:
Subject to the following requirements:
Returns will be processed once we can verify that the return meets our Eligibility criteria below. This process may take between 20-30 days.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria
- Type: Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or a 110% store credit.

- Costs: At the expense of the buyer, including a $10 processing charge. Please note that original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or an incorrect item was sent.
SALE ITEMS
Subject to the following requirements:
- ALL Sale items are considered final sale: Items purchased during our online sale events (such as Black Friday) are considered FINAL SALE. As a condition of sale, these items are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM
- Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order, or feel it is not as advertised, please contact us at info@modemischiefstudios.com within 10 days of receiving the new item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
- Mode Mischief Studios reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item, a refund, or store credit. EVIDENCE SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION
All claims relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be supported with clear and accurate photos or videos.
Mode Mischief Studios reserves the right to assess all submitted evidence. Where we reasonably believe that any content provided has been altered, manipulated, or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) or other digital tools in a way that misrepresents the condition of the garment, we may:

Request additional evidence; and/or

Require the item to be returned for further inspection; and/or

Decline the return, refund, exchange, or store credit request.
This is to ensure the integrity of our returns process and protect against fraudulent claims Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
