Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to love your order and are happy to offer a return for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Please note - this policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both State and Commonwealth Australian law. 

Subject to the following requirements:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Holiday period: 14 Day return period from November 20th to December 24th
  • Process: To initiate an Exchange, email us at info@modemischiefstudios.com with "EXCHANGE " in the subject line within 5 days of delivery. Once the return label is provided, you must send us the tracking information within 2 days.
  • Costs: Free for all orders within Australia. International Orders are at the cost of the buyer.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be in folded in the packaging, in original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Holiday period: 14 Day return period from November 20th to December 24th
  • Process: To initiate a return, email us at info@modemischiefstudios.com with “RETURN" in the subject line within 5 days of delivery. Once the return label is provided, you must send us the tracking information within 2 days.
  • Costs: At the expense of the buyer including a $10 dollar processing charge

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Subject to the following requirements:

  • Final Sale: Items purchased during our online sale events are considered FINAL SALE. As a condition of sale, these items are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

  • Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, an incorrect order or feel it is not as advertised please contact us at info@modemischiefstudios.com within 5 days of receiving the item so we can determine the next course of action. Be sure to provide your order number as well as photos or videos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
  • Mode Mischief Studios reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing defect you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit.
