We can offer refunds within 5 days of receiving your order, given items are:
- in original condition
- tags attached
*The return shipping label must be initiated via email within 5 days of delivery. Once the return label is provided, tracking must be sent to us within a 2-day period; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.*
Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Original shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
We are able to do exchanges if the product is in stock & all items on sale are final sale.

Refunds are initiated as soon as your email is sent, if you do not hear from us within a day your refund is still valid.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international change-of-mind returns or exchanges at this stage. We apologise for this matter.
We believe in sustainability and reducing air mileage, so we encourage you to resell, regift or donate your garment in your city. However, if the product is as described in our returns and exchange policy, we will accept the return/exchange.
